Technical Support
With over 100years collective drive’s experience, Drivepro staff can assist with help in sizing the inverter, making application decisions, recommending the wiring configuration, and programming the drive parameters for
optimum performance. Conversion from old series inverters to modern replacements can be achieved very easily and this can be assisted by knowing the current parameter settings. The latter is part of the Danfoss service contract preventative
maintenance procedure.

Commissioning
As mentioned in the technical support, the inverter drive has to be programmed to setup input and output interfaces, set application functions/levels, optimise performance and provide feedback of its status. All this can be
achieved using the skilled engineers in Drivepro. Once commissioned a training course, at extra cost, can be setup to instruct key client staff on operation and servicing issues along with fault finding, in the rare event of a failure or
trip/alarm condition.

Panel Build & Installation
Should the customer require a turnkey installation package the Drivepro, and its partners, can undertake full mechanical & electrical installation, along with commissioning. In addition, we can provide cubicles to house
the inverter drive(s) along with associated interface components and switchgear. All staff meet Health & Safety training standards as well as electrical standards & guidelines, which is backed up by all the necessary documentation required
by the site.

Service Contracts
Should the end customer have multiple inverter drives installed on site then, for ‘peace of mind’, Drivepro’s sister company, K2 Drives & Controls, can quote, on
Danfoss’s behalf, for a service contract. This contract can provide cover for either a simple annual inspection to a fully comprehensive package.
